"On Time, On Budget, Performance as Promised"

Software-Dynamics is a privately held California Corporation.

Beginning in 1986 as CRT Engineering Concepts, the company began as a research and consulting firm that offered services to corporations and individuals that sought technical and legal assistance for concepts and inventions that were aimed at achieving Patent Approval by the USPTO. In 1988, the company's computer prowess became its mainstay with one of the first commercial ready computer security applications in the world. With the launching of Windows® in 1990, the company became one of the first independent software developers for Microsoft® technologies. When the advertised "Information Superhighway" became public property in 1992, its primary focus became proprietary software development, which currently accounts for more than 90% of the company's revenue. In 1997, a new division of the company was created to address the new requirements of the Code of Federal Regulations, termed CFR 21 Part 11, which were added to define conditions for the electronic data capture of medical records. In 2004, the two companies were merged to form Software-Dynamics.

Software-Dynamics has produced custom software applications for companies operating in many industries and can supply a customized solution that will satisfy the needs of any business, large or small.
